BDC Sales Specialist - Powersports

The BDC Sales Specialist is responsible for nurturing communications between prospective customers and the Cycle Springs Powersports’ Sales Associates and Sales Managers. A BDC Sales Specialist’s main duty is to build customer relationships via telephone, text, chat and email. An effective BDC Sales Specialist will engage our guests, convert leads into appointments, and help drive customer loyalty. 1 year call center or sales experience in a related field is preferred.

Lot Porter

The Service Porter is responsible for the safe delivery of customer vehicles to the appropriate destination following Company guidelines and procedures.The ideal candidate has at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, an unrestricted driver's license, and a clean driving record. Responsibilities include: greets customers as they arrive in the service drive and informs the corresponding service advisor of their arrival, 2) Cleans customer cars on request, 3) Assists in unloading and loading trucks on delivery, 4) Ensures a clean environment for customers to enjoy, 5) Empties trashcans of excessive trash in shop and on service drive Sweeps floor on service drive, 6) Organizes vehicles on lot, and other duties as assigned.

In addition, the Receptionist performs administrative duties and operates a multi-line phone system for call routing. Service Advisor

The Automotive Service Advisor is the center of communication for service/repair activities and the liaison between Dimmitt guests and the technicians. Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor must listen and thoroughly understand guest problems, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage expectations on the part of the guests and the technicians in terms of service delivery. He or she makes sure the guest knows what repairs are needed and what repairs and maintenance are recommended. No one wants to have to bring their car in, but our Advisors ensure the guest is satisfied that the vehicle will be repaired right the first time and in the shortest time possible.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, at least 3-5 years of high luxury brand dealership experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record. ASE certification a plus. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.


Parts Counter

The Parts Advisor acts as principal contact between parts department and retail counter customers for the sale of parts and accessories. The primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and maximize dealership sales of parts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with automotive parts and accessories. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Collision Center Technician repairs vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. He or she delivers the highest quality body shop repairs while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Technician must produce quality results on time or earlier. The ideal candidate has some post-secondary automotive training and at least five years of dealer-level or large facility experience. Responsibilities include: 1) Sell additional parts through the use of related item sales techniques. 2) Answer the telephone in accordance with dealership guidelines. 3) Solicit orders or answer questions as appropriate. 4) List and price out parts on counter tickets. 5) Provide the necessary information for special orders to the inventory control clerk if a part is not in stock. 6) Maintain the special order parts inventory in a clean and organized manner. 7) Maintain records of all special order parts and notify the customer who made the order. 8) Maintain a customer backorder file. 9) Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory. 10) Help maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and other technical information and bulletins. 11) Keep work area clean, free of debris, safe, and put away loose stock. 12) Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.
